2009/2010 Shows
The 2009 Fall show season is now over with the boys of Sweetbriar doing extremely well. Between Kenai, Killian, Roth, Armada, Chance, Twist (all out of Accoyo Crown Royale) and JustinFun (a CR grandson) we won 24 1st places, 11 Championships/Reserves, 3 Get of Sires, 2 Bred and Owned Yearling Males (Twist) and 2 Breeders Best. One of the most exciting wins was at the Northern Illinois show where the 3 white yearling boys were 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, Champion and Reserve. Not a bad record for just 4 shows.
In February of 2010 Gini and Jim plan on going to the Sunshine State Alpaca Expo the first weekend of February and onto the Carolina Alpaca Celebration the following weekend. Looks like Kenai, Chance, Twist, and Justin will make this trio along with a couple girls. sure hope it’t warmer done there than it is in Ohio.
